The building during one hundred years has been used for different purposes and one of it has been as clock repair service obtaining the name of Pulksteņmāja (Cloakhouse). In last 25 years it has been mainly used as summer cottage. In 2018 renovation works were started returning historical elements and romantic feeling to this property. The Clockhouse is opened from mid of May 2020.
